What's the maximum head circumference your XL fits?
Our XL fits comfortably up to 64 cm. Most customers in the 60 to 64 cm range find this is the first hat they've owned that doesn't squeeze, ride up, or sit too high. If you're between 57 to 60 cm, our standard fit is roomier than most brands and might suit you too.
How do I measure my head accurately?
Wrap a soft tape measure around your head about a finger width above your eyebrows and ears. That's where a hat naturally sits. Snug but not tight. Read the centimetres. If you don't have a tape measure, use a piece of string and lay it next to a ruler. Takes 30 seconds and you'll never have to guess again.
What if it doesn't fit when it arrives?
Free exchanges, no questions asked. We've been the brand that didn't fit too. We're not going to make you eat the cost of a wrong size. Just send it back and we'll get the right one out to you.
How does the XL fit different from your regular sizes?
Two structural changes: the crown is deeper (so the hat sits properly on your head instead of perching on top), and the sweatband circumference is larger (so it doesn't pinch or leave a red mark). Same materials, same look. Just engineered for the proportions of a larger head.
Are the snapbacks adjustable?
Yes. The plastic snap closure has multiple settings, so even within the XL range you get a personalised fit. Combined with the deeper crown, this is what makes the XL feel "built for you" rather than "the biggest size we make."
Are the materials breathable and water friendly?
Yes. Water resistant outer panels, ventilation eyelets, and a moisture wicking sweatband. Fine in light rain, easy to clean, and won't fade.
