Our return policy is valid for 60 days from the order date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.
After a return is processed, it must be sent back within 3 months of the acceptance date otherwise your return will be abandoned.
Need a different size, colour or would prefer store credit? No problem! We’ll gladly exchange your item for your preferred option.
AUS: We will provide a free returns label for you to apply to appropriate packaging & hand over to AUS post so it is returned to us safely.
International: We are unable to generate an international returns label so will be required to cover all the return shipping costs. We will cover shipping costs when the return has arrived, been accepted and your new item is being sent out.
We do not provide refunds, only store credits or product exchanges.

We take pride in the quality of our products and hope you enjoy your purchase. However, please be aware that we are not liable for any product faults or defects that are reported outside of a three-month period from the date of delivery unless deemed by us to be a clear issue with the product.
