We can only offer store credits. If you have chosen the incorrect size or need to return the product we can happily offer you a store credit (Must be within the 30 day period).
If you want to do a return:
- Fill out the returns form that was inside the original shipment (or email us for another copy)
- Pack the item/s in same or new suitable parcel
- Organise shipping with your preferred shipping company (We use and trust Australia Post for all of our shipments)

Store credits are open to all AUS and international orders.
Our policy lasts 30 days. You're items must be retuned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved we will give you a store credit gift card for the exact amount of your purchased item. (Please allow up to 5 Business days for your request to be processed)
Locked Down reserves the right to deny any store credits if the items returned are used or damaged. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a store credit. We reserve the right to examine the products returned and make a decision to see if you are eligible for that store credit.
There are certain situations where no store credits are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item with distinct smell, blemishes or covered in human/animal hair will not be accepted.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.
- Clearance sale items cannot be returned.
This policy only applies for orders placed on our website, any other apparel purchased out of the website is non refundable.

Shipping costs are non refundable and any shipping will be at the customers expense. Store credits will not include any shipping costs.
Unless there is an issue on our behalf, only then we will cover all costs.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item from your shipping provider.
If you were shipped an incorrect order please contact our support team along with an order number and the contents of the package. We will arrange to have the incorrect items retuned to us, once received we will send your correct order to you.
