We hope you love your new Locked Down clothing just as much as we do. However we have a Returns Policy in place if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Locked Down purchase, we have a few options available to ensure you are satisfied!
Our policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date, outside of that date you will not be eligible for any returns. Free returns are for AUS ONLY, return shipping costs from the rest of the world will be at the customers expense.
- Free Exchanges:
- If you would like to change the size or colour of your item rest easy knowing, we will exchange your current item to your desired one. If your desired size isn’t available please see free returns below,
- Free Returns:
- Change your item for another one or an E-Gift card for a future purchase.
- 30 Day satisfaction guarantee:
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we can refund your items once returned to us. You will be required to pay for your return shipping fees.
Locked Down reserves the right to deny any store credits, exchanges or refunds due to the reasons below. You will be notified via email if your returned item is declined. We reserve the right to examine the products returned and make a decision to see if you are eligible.
There are certain situations where no store credits are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item with distinct smell, blemishes or covered in human/animal hair will not be accepted.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Damaged items in transit, please pack your return shipment with care.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.
- Outlet items cannot be returned.
- This policy only applies for orders placed on our website, any other apparel purchased out of the website is non-refundable. You will be required to supply an order number for confirmation.

Outside of Australia? You will be required to send back to the address below at your own cost.
Please fill out the returns card inside your order before sending back, it helps us process the return quickly. Don’t have one? No drama just send us an email.
Please ensure you have followed the policy above as we don’t want to decline your return due to damage or it being outside of the 30day window.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. (Please allow up to 5 Business days for your request to be processed)

Shipping costs are non refundable, refunds or store credits will not include any shipping costs.
Unless there is an issue on our behalf, only then we will cover all costs.
If you were shipped an incorrect order please contact our support team along with an order number and the contents of the package. We will arrange to have the incorrect items retuned to us, once received we will send your correct order to you.
