All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Brisbane, Aus using Australia post. International orders, once landed in your country will be moved onto your local postal service for delivery. All tracking will be via Australia Post.​

Standard / $10 AUD (3-8 Business Days*) - FREE shipping on all orders over $100 AUD

Express / $15 AUD (1-4 Business Days*) - $8 Express shipping on all orders over $100 AUD

New Zealand Shipping:
Standard / $10 AUD (6-10 Business Days*) FREE shipping on all orders over $100 AUD

Express / $18 AUD (3-6 Business Days*) - $10 Express shipping on all orders over $100 AUD

USA / Canada / ASIA Shipping:
Standard / $8 USD (6-10 Business Days*) FREE shipping on all orders over $100 USD

UK / EURO Shipping:
Standard / $12 GBP (8-12 Business Days*) FREE shipping on all orders over $150 GBP

By placing an order with us you will be responsible for original shipping rates & duties/taxes. Shipping fees are non refundable.

We will have your order packaged and shipped within 48 hours (up to 4 days during black friday sales period) since you placed your order and we have received payment.
You must enter the correct address when you place the order as we can not refund you the product or money if you have mistaken your address and the parcel is lost.
We are prepared to ship to residential addresses, PO Boxes, or Workplaces.

Locked Down cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control as all shipping us handled by Australia Post. If your package hasn't been delivered after 40 days of it being shipped sadly it will be abandoned. However we will be doing everything we can to make sure you receive your shipment.

  • Prior to Dispatch: You provided a wrong address? We can update your order with correct delivery address information. This cannot be guaranteed as your order may already be in transit prior to you receiving a shipment notification. Please contact us as soon as possible as once its left our facility we are unable to change the address.
  • Post-Dispatch: We cannot change the delivery address, or attempt redirection once a parcel has been dispatched. We recommend either contacting the Postage Service, or organising pick up from the supplied delivery address. If your purchase gets returned to us, it will be processed as per our Returns and Refunds Policy, which can be found in the footer of our website. We will get in contact with you if returned and let you know of its arrival at our facility.

All orders sent via Australia Post do not require a signature and will be left in a safe place, where safe to do so (generally your mail box, or out of sight at front door), determined by Australia Post. If the parcel cannot be left safely, they will place a card at your door or letterbox, indicating the item will be available for Pick Up from your local Post Office. This is as per Australia Post parcel policy for these items.
