When you place an order with us, you are responsible for the original shipping costs as well as any duties or taxes that may apply. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Delivery times provided are estimates only and do not include order processing times. Actual delivery may be affected by delays from Australia Post, DHL, or customs. National lockdowns, stay-at-home orders, and QLD public holidays may also impact the shipment of your order.

 

International Duties & Taxes:

All international orders, customers are responsible for covering any duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply upon the arrival of the shipment in their country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside of our control.

Please be aware that these fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on any applicable charges before placing your order.

 

Shipping Insurance:

This covers packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. 
Coverage takes effect immediately following checkout and continues until goods are delivered and received safe and sound to the address provided at the time of order.
Once goods are confirm lost or damaged by shipping provider, you will receive brand new goods immediately. Without this insurance we will be forced to wait several weeks until compensation is provided by the shipping provider.

 

Pre-Orders:

Please note that pre-order dates are guidelines only and may change due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any delays in shipping to our headquarters. In the event of significant delays, we will update you via email or on our website. Cancellations and refunds are possible only before the item ships from our headquarters. Once pre-order items arrive at our HQ, we will prioritise shipping them to you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding! 

 

Processing Times:

We will have your order packaged and shipped within 48 hours (up to 4-6 days during black Friday sales period) since you placed your order and we have received payment.

You must enter the correct address when you place the order as we can not refund you the product or money if you have mistaken your address and the parcel is lost.

If your package hasn't been delivered 30 days after it being shipped and there is no further updates on the tracking we will lodge and inquiry with AUS Post or DHL Express. We must wait for a response from the postal carrier as most times they can resolve the issue & get it delivered. If they can't we will send you a replacement order or a refund. 

  • Prior to Dispatch: You provided a wrong address? We can update your order with correct delivery address information. This cannot be guaranteed as your order may already be in transit prior to you receiving a shipment notification. Please contact us as soon as possible as once its left our facility we are unable to change the address.
  • Post-Dispatch: We cannot change the delivery address, or attempt redirection once a parcel has been dispatched. We recommend either contacting the Postage Service, or organising pick up from the supplied delivery address. If your purchase gets returned to us, it will be processed as per our Returns and Refunds Policy, which can be found in the footer of our website. We will get in contact with you if returned and let you know of its arrival at our facility.

All orders sent via Australia Post do not require a signature and will be left in a safe place, where safe to do so (generally your mail box, or out of sight at front door), determined by Australia Post. If the parcel cannot be left safely, they will place a card at your door or letterbox, indicating the item will be available for Pick Up from your local Post Office. This is as per Australia Post parcel policy for these items.
