Return Policy

One size hat does not fit all and you deserve better than a gamble.
That's why every hat comes with our Perfect Fit Guarantee. With four sizes Small, Regular, XL, and 2XL in the ICON style we've got virtually every head covered. But if the fit still isn't right, we'll fix it. We'll exchange sizes, work with you, and make sure you walk away with a hat that feels like it was made for you. And if we can't get it right, we'll refund you. No hassle.
Valid for 60 days from the order date on unworn items with tags attached.

 

Eligibility:

Our return policy is valid for 60 days from the order date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period. If item is worn this will automatically void any return elebibility.

After a return is processed, it must be sent back within 3 months of the acceptance date otherwise your return will be abandoned.

For customers outside of Australia, please note that you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Be sure to follow our return policy guidelines to avoid any issues, as we cannot accept returns that show damage or fall outside the 60-day window.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your request. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed.

 

Exchanges:

Need a different size, colour or would prefer store credit? No problem! We’ll gladly exchange your item for your preferred option.

AUS: We will provide a free returns label for you to apply to appropriate packaging & hand over to AUS post so it is returned to us safely. 

International: We are unable to generate an international returns label so you will be required to cover all the return shipping costs. We will send our your new exchange when the return has arrived, been accepted.

 

Refunds:

We do not provide cash refunds for change of mind, only store credits or product exchanges. 

 

Conditions for Return:

Locked Down reserves the right to refuse store credits, exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items with a strong odour, blemishes, or covered in human/animal hair.
  • Items not in their original condition, or that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items damaged during transit due to improper packaging of the return shipment.
  • Items returned more than 60 days after the order date.
  • Outlet or sale items, which are non-returnable.

You will be notified via email if your returned item does not meet our return criteria.

This return and exchange policy applies only to orders placed directly through our website. Any items purchased outside our website are non-refundable. Please be prepared to provide your order number for verification.

    Faults:

    We take pride in the quality of our products and hope you enjoy your purchase. However, please be aware that we are not liable for any product faults or defects that are reported outside of a three-month period from the date of delivery unless deemed by us to be a clear issue with the product.

    If you notice an issue within this three-month timeframe, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you with a resolution. After this period, we cannot accept responsibility for any defects, as wear and tear or improper use may contribute to the product's condition.

    EU ONLY - Right of Withdrawal:

    If you are purchasing from within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods (the "withdrawal period").

    To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires. You can do this by:

    Returning your order

    Following your withdrawal notice, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notified us. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless otherwise stated.

    Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging. We reserve the right to reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.

    Exclusions

    The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

    • Goods that have been personalised or custom-made to your specifications
    • Goods that have been worn, washed, or altered
