Yes, our hats are water friendly and love a good bath. Simply run the hat under some cold water and clean with a soft cloth or your hand. To try remove stains you can use gentle soap and rub in circular motion with a cloth. You can also use the soap to clean the sweatband after excessive sweating.
Once clean leave the hat to dry in a well ventilated area.
Please! Do not wash your hat in a washing machine, we cannot guarentee it will come out looking the same. Hand wash only.

I've got about 3 reminder emails asking to review my purchased hat in exchange for 20% discount so I guess I'll have to do it. Not because I need the discount (to be fair the price is on the higher side even with discount) but because this is the first time in my life when the hat actually fits my head.
Throughout my life, I tried many hats that seemed to look fine but eventually after wearing those for a couple of weeks it was clear that the hat was small for me, and it only worked when I had a 3mm buzz cut.
At first, I ordered XL-size hat from Locked Down and it was like those other hats but I had a feeling that that didn't live up to expectations/promises to I asked for exchange XL to 2XL, and it did get delivered for free in about a week. And I have to say - 2XL does git my head really well. First time in my life. Thank you very much, Locked Down! Well done!
Now, I have to say a couple of words about the hat itself. It's not a classic-looking hat. While it does look standard from the front, the back is definitely what I was used to. All these perforations, but I guess the biggest thing is the material - I'm still not used to it. It's clearly some synthetic material which I guess it really good at drying after being wet. I can't say I'm a big fan of this but I also don't think this is a decider for me, so it is what it is.
