Organiser and dates

Organised by Sheldon Van Der Linde, trading as VDL Bros (“Organiser”). Contact: info@vdlbros.com.

The competition runs from 3/10/26 6PM to 9/10/26 6PM, AEST.

Eligibility and entry

Open only to residents of European Union member states aged 18 or over who meet the driving experience’s participation requirements. The Organiser’s employees, those administering the competition and their immediate families are excluded.

To enter, follow @VDLBros on Instagram or purchase a VDL Bros x Locked Down Hat Collab from https://lockeddownbrand.com/products/vdl-icon-snapback during the competition period. Existing followers qualify if still following at closing.

No purchase necessary, you can enter through the free sign up form. Maximum one entry per person, including those who both follow and purchase. Purchases do not increase the chance of winning. Returns do not invalidate an otherwise valid entry. Duplicate, automated or fraudulent entries will be excluded.

Prizes

Two winners will each receive:

• One place on a Drift Experience at BMW Area M.
• Travel costs will be covered up to €150 per winner.

Receipts must be submitted to info@vdlbros.com within 30 days after attendance. Valid claims will be paid within 30 days. Unused allowance is not paid out. Additional travel costs, accommodation, meals and guests are excluded unless expressly included in the package.

Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative. Attendance by the VDL Bros is included only if expressly advertised.

Participation requirements

Winners must hold a valid driving licence accepted by the provider and comply with its eligibility requirements, terms and safety instructions. Any required deposit, insurance excess or other participant liability is [details or “none”].

The experience must be attended on the stated date or redeemed by the stated deadline, subject to availability where dates are flexible.

Winner selection

Two winners will be drawn randomly from all eligible, unique entries on 13/10/2026, with equal chances for every entry.

Winners will be contacted within seven days via @VDLBros or info@vdlbros.com and must respond within seven days, providing reasonable proof of eligibility. Otherwise, or if a winner is ineligible or declines, a replacement may be drawn.

No payment, password or card details are required to claim a prize.

Changes and liability

The Organiser may change, suspend or cancel the competition only where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, fraud, technical failure or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced on @VDLBros. If the advertised experience becomes unavailable, the Organiser will seek an alternative date or a prize of equal or greater value.

Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited. The provider operates the driving experience under its terms, without removing the Organiser’s legal responsibilities.

Privacy and platforms

Personal data will be used to administer the competition and deliver prizes, and shared with the experience provider only as necessary. Promotional use of winners’ photos or testimonials requires separate, voluntary consent.

This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Facebook. Entrants release those platforms from competition-related claims to the extent permitted by law.

Applicable law
